Bolt Pattern Issues?

I'm looking at Mickey Thompson Classic Locks, but the bolt pattern 6x5.5 has the hub centering ring for GM vehicles. The part number is 479412. Its 4.5 backspacing and -12 offset. It is a 17x9 rim.

I'm wanting to wrap them in MT Baja MTZ Radials 33x12.50x17R.

I plan on doing a 3" OME lift at the same time.

Will these wheels work?!?

The bolt pattern and offset is good tires should fit might have a small rubbing prob but not sure. For the gm hub I cant anwser on that.
