Stock rims (strong and light weight - wish I had the Stock 16" rims) with BFG 285/70/17 AT (All Terrains).

Very happy with these so far (notice that Toyota choose these tires for the new Trail Teams Edition TRD rigs).

They looks like 285/70/r17, but the SE FJs use 265/75/r16.
