You'll have rubbing issues with 35's at full lock even if you chop the body mounts if they're 12" wide tires.
I'd stick with the 33's if I were you. You can run the 33's without a spacer and without RE-GEARING your FJ. If you want to run 35's you need to seriously consider re-gearing the rig and lowering the ratio. That means more power, but the mileage will suffer (more). If I was to re-gear, I'd put in an ARB air locker at the same time.
Consider the complete impact that 35's have before you leap.
