They will not fit without spacers.

Don't buy them, you will need 1/4 inch spacers, and will put undue wear on the rest of your truck. I learned this the hard way. If you want the look, buy American Racing Maojave's or the Toyota Steelies.

Re: anyone running crager soft 8 rims?

those are not the answers i was looking for. oh well, back to the drawing board. i may be buying a chevy truck tomorrow and it has brand new 16 inch tires on it. i was thinking of buying some cheapy rims and using those tires on the fj. the chevy's going to be my new mud truck so those new street tires on it will do me no good. can i get those American Racing Maojave's or the Toyota Steelies in a 16 inch rim cheap?

Re: anyone running crager soft 8 rims?

it took me awhile to find the from your link. you spelled it wrong the link should be Wheeler's Off Road those rims will do the trick. they're about $10 more than the crager soft 8's but at least they'll work without spacers. thanks for the link.

Re: anyone running crager soft 8 rims?

the American Racing Maojave's are way to expensive for what i want to do with them. dont know what the toyota steelies cost yet. but those rims from wheelers off road will do it for me.

Re: anyone running crager soft 8 rims?

Call Wheelers to see if they still have them available in 16s. The wheel was also sold by Pro Comp and I read here months ago that Pro Comp had discontinued the wheel. Just make sure you can get them first.... I could be way off though...It has happened before...lol

Check Ebay for the stock steelies.....stock steelies are 17in by the way
