Re: New Nitto Trail Grappler MT

It's September. What is the status on these tires? Any ideas on when I can get these for a 16in rim?

Nitto will be releasing 3 sizes next week (Sep. 15th).

295/70-17
35x1250-18
35x1250-20

Nitto currently has one 16" size in the mix but there is no release date on it at this time. The size is 285/70-16.

Re: New Nitto Trail Grappler MT

I can see some pricing in my system now. These tires will be released next week. Tires are a petroleum based product so prices usually fluctuate some with the price of gas. Here are the current prices as of today.
295/70R17 : $271.00 each - FREE shipping
35x12.50R18 : $279.00 each - FREE shipping
35x12.50R20 : $318.00 each - FREE shipping
Additional sizes should be out October 5th. (295/55R20, 305/55R20, 35x12.50R17)

Remember if you order 5 tires we give FJcruiser forum members $50.00 off their 5th tire. (when purchased on 1 invoice). This is an online offer that may be honored in your local store but is not guaranteed there. Please mention this website when you order to receive your discount.

Re: New Nitto Trail Grappler MT

Get your checkbook ready!- those sucker's are pricey.
I hope they produce this tire in the 285/75/R17 (~34x11.50) size! Bring on the pizza cutters!!

Re: New Nitto Trail Grappler MT

Actually guys, take a look around. The 295x70R17 is in line with other Mud Terrains for price. I show these priced better than any other 35x12.50R18 we sell and they're the 2nd best priced tire in the 35x12.50R20 as well. I'll be interested to see the price on the 35x12.50R17 in a few weeks.

For comparison:
295/70R17 Tire options
35x12.50R18 Tires Options
35x12.50R20 Tire Options

Re: New Nitto Trail Grappler MT

still almost $100 more than the Terra Grapplers.......by next Summer maybe they will come down a bit in price as my Nittos will be about ready for replacement by then...
