Wheel spacer question. HELP!

Hey FJer's I wanted to know if any of you out there would know if it's safe
to have wheel spacer in the front only.

Re: Wheel spacer question. HELP!

safe.... but why the front only ?... not sure why
you would want to add them, if it's to correct
the bodymount issue, it actually will make it
worse by adding to the turning radii, or are you
trying to clear the caliper with a certian wheel ?...
either way, I have been running the spidertrax
007's since 06' with no issues at all...

Re: Wheel spacer question. HELP!

Resty,

I got 1.25 Wheel Spacers only on the front. I have had no problems with it. I know you are building your FJ for speed so you should have no problems with it. I am building mine for speed too. It will sorta be like a long travel style in the front.

I'm just running the front because if I put a wheel spacer in the rear
my 35's will end up messing up my rear fenders when it flexes while off-roading.

I'm asking if it's safe because I wouldn't want to mess up any parts when I engage the 4 wheel drive.

I'll check out your spacers later. Right now I am trying to find the first particle of dirt. That is one clean rig!
