Redline Land Cruisers

So I won a set of lower link armor from Redline at the Summit raffle. I got home and opened the package to find that I have two pieces of armor for the same side. I was really excited about getting the armor because I needed lower link armor and the redline armor looks like it's really nice quality.

I emailed them on 7/23 and 7/24 to let them know what happened. I never received anything from them. I thought maybe they're still out of town. They have been posting updates on Facebook so I sent a Facebook message asking if the email is good. I received a message back saying "Justin" checks that email every day or two. On the 25th I sent another Facebook message telling them what happened and have not received a reply since.

I understand that i received it for free but i would not treat any potential customer this way. They gave away two sets, i wonder if the other set was 2 of the same side also?

I was trying to get it figured out before I left town for 3 weeks but that didn't happen.

Does anyone here know these guys? What do you recommend I do now? Am I expecting too much?

All I said was I received two pieces of armor for the same side. Can we fix this somehow? I can send one back for the other side.

If they don't want to help out just tell me instead of ignoring me.

Sorry for the gripe fest

Re: Redline Land Cruisers

Contact Woodsman, let him know. I am sure he can get it fixed for you.

There are a lot of events going on in Colorado, they may be on the road and can not do anything about it until they get back their HQ.

I talked with them at the event, and they seemed like pretty good guys. Calm down a little, give them some time. I would bet it will be squared away soon.

Customer service is not their strong point, but stick with it, he should eventually get back to you, but you will have to push the issue.

Re: Redline Land Cruisers

The guys over a Redline are amazing guys. They work extremely hard and are good at what they do. As said, customer service isn't their strongest point but how can it be when you work as hard as they do? I want to echo, stick with it. It will be well worth it.

Have you tried calling? Pretty old school but you never know it might work.

Thanks for the input guys. I did call but never could get an answer. I will stick with it. Unfortunately, I am out of town for 3 weeks now.

Just pickup the phone and call. He probably saw it and has a list of way hotter stuff to take care of (fires to be put out) and has it low on the priority list.
