So you are asking if you can raise it up when you go out on the trail and then bring it back down to stock level when back on the street.
That does not exist that I know of however there are different levels of lift:
Level would be something like the 5100's that shouldn't change the ride much but would allow you to add 285's if desired as the front is the limiting factor.
2" lifts are your OME's and they come in light, medium, and heavy. The light is a possibility since it would be most like stock ride but adding a lot of weight would give you a big rake such as bumper and winch.
3" adjustable is not as easy as putting it up for the trails and down for the road as the rear would be in the air either way and its not easy at all. Icon's come preset at 2.5" of lift which is the happy medium between front flex, ride height, and moderate weight.
You are more than welcome to take a ride with me sometime and feel how the Icon's are. Ultimately its what you want to do and the ride you'd like to retain.
