Red face I need help with winch solenoid wiring... (photo)

Just got my winch back from getting the motor replaced on my Tabor 9K (by Warn).
Got it all back into place but I forgot where this wire goes.

The hole through the end clip is the same diameter as the posts the copper bars are mounted to.
The wire is white and coming from the plug for the remote. Please help.

From what it looks like from the picture the wire looks like it is the power feed wire to the remote control. What make and model is the winch?

Yeah, it would probably help if I included that handy snippet of info.

well that one in your hand looks like the motor ground that attaches to the winch itself

Nope. Motor ground is connected. This one is WAY too short to reach the motor anyway.

Here is the link to the warn web site the wiring diagram for the plug is on page 4. From what i see in the diagram the white wire is for the hot side.

Thanks. I poked around the Warn site for a while trying to find something like this. Okay. It goes to ground. Thanks again!

I don't think so there is one small wire that goes down to the ground wire on the winch motor and all the solenoids are supplied the ground. you need to see if the solenoids are ground side tripped or are they power side tripped.
