Jackmounted on Ski rack

Has anyone mounted their shovel or high-jack using a ski rack? Why wouldn't it work if you have one of the ones with the rubber to grab the snowboards/skiis?

Re: Jackmounted on Ski rack

The shovel may work (gonna have to try that), but the hi-lift will be WAY too heavy for a ski rack. it would slide out of there taking the rack with it as soon as you hit the brakes.

I was thinking the same thing, provided you could get the rack to close over the jack. The jack body and handle are much "fatter" than a set of planks.

Painted headlight bezel, Series 87 steelies with 255/85-16 Maxxis Bighorns, BMC, ARB full length rack, 60" hi-lift, OME Heavies on all 4 corners, Budbuilts front to back, OEM sliders, Scuba Driver mods, Upper and Lower rear Digger Links, TRD CAI, All-Pro High Clearance tailpipe, Custom Built Rear Shelf, Hacked Rear Diff Lock, VSC on-off switch, Custom Expedition One Front Bumper, EPi 9000lb winch with synthetic line, and lots of manual recovery gear and tools.
SOLD
