Official Grilled Cheese Sandwich or other Culinary Delights Thread

So, some people use Mayo on the inside of the bread when making a grilled cheese and others don't. What other variations are there? I like using Dill pickle slices with a mild cheddar cheese and Mayo on Jewish Rye bread.

Do you dip it in Ketchup?

A grilled cheese, please!

Now we're cooking with Buffalo Chips!

Since you like the South West flavor, what kind of Queso do you use? Should the Salsa be thick or chunky, red or green?

A grilled cheese, please!

Called that a "cheese crisp" when I was a kid. I believe if you order out, (Tejas or Mex) Quesadilla is the name. Maybe a little chicken & sour cream or guacamole... some tomato

Bread, lots of mozzarella, grilled onions, maybe mushrooms, big old hunk of burger, mmm... grilled cheese sandwich.

Oh I almost forgot to make this politically correct. I eat these in my FJ while driving my FJ and keeping a nice big iced tea in the FJ cup holder to quench my thirst so I'm ready to talk to people about my FJ when asked.

Go ahead, skin it! Skin that smoke wagon and see what happens...

I'll ride in on a sunny day, Sing you a song, steal your heart away Like a cowboy Hang my hat like I'm here for awhile Kick off my boots and drive you wild Like a cowboy Well baby you know I can't stay long You wake up, I'll be gone Until then I'll hold on Like a cowboy.
