What’s a good offer for this FJ

I’m looking to get my first FJ. I found this one. I feel they are asking too much. What would be a good price.

$16K for a 12 years old vehicle with 176,000 miles...

As much as I like the FJ, for that kind of $$, I'd be tempted to get a newer 4Runner with less mileage.
