I'm really surprised that no one has said maxi pads or tampons. They're a good multi-use tool. If you have a lady friend with you that came unprepared, great. If you have a large wound, these soak up a lot of blood and take up very little space in a kit. I only saw it once in here, but an Epipen is also really important, since a simple bee sting can incapacitate someone and is much more likely to happen while driving off road than a massive injury or even a mild cut. I'm not allergic to stings, but enough people are to make it worth carrying.
