Finished up the cosmetics and found some mud over the weekend.

1- The replacement handles were 40 for the pair and I only used the outer “shell” and kept the OEM “inner body” of the handle.

2- Replaced the mirror market lights (again) with a more orange light. $10 for the pair on amazon. The previous replacement was too yellow. The new led bulbs match the turn signal and hood lights perfectly.

3- Finished rearranging the console buttons and replaced the bulbs in the buttons as some were burn out. My OCD didn’t like the spacing and gaps. Now I have three slots for off road, fog, overhead lights I will add in the near future.

Re: What did you do TO your FJ Cruiser TODAY?

Installed a Redarc Tow-Pro Elite trailer brake controller. I mounted the unit to the driver side kick panel because I used the short adapter provided by Redarc to connect to the wiring that I already had in place for the Tekonsha brake controller and was to lazy to reroute the wires. I really like the location of the dial - no reaching to control the trailer brakes manually.

Swapped the FN/STT-Pro setup out for Fuel Nitros with 35" Yokohama X-MTs, swapped the S2 sports out for Squadron Pros, and finally mounted the XL Pros.

Thanks.
I'm not sure what VOR is, so I'm going to assume I wasn't there, ha.

Oh cool, I'm very interested in going to the next one then. I drive to VT to ride at Kingdom quite a bit in the summer, but haven't done any real wheeling out there yet in the FJ.

Whats Kingdom?? In VT? As for VOBS you need to check - tends to sell out quickly, but people are allowed to sell their spot and many do change hands right up to the opening day. Several hundred rigs, vendors, raffle, food n drink, lots of different campsites...people come from all over. Hereís some shots from last year....Iím the cube tent in my usual streamside campsite let me know if you get registered!
