Hollow bolts
Thought maybe you did. I can't seem to find any long enough. Baja Rack says 50mm long bolts and the longest hollow I can find is 35mm, .6" too short. Shortest I can get away with is possibly a 45mm long bolt and still have some thread engagement.

I could do it on a lathe, but have never used one at my current place of employment. Hmmm....

I might try it like this, down the hatch.

Made up some brackets to mount my power steering cooler today . Pretty easy picked up a piece of flat stock and some hardware . Cut to length , bent some tabs and drilled some holes 'and on to the next project .

G'Day Dev,
Stock bolts on the OE rack are m8 x 35mm x 1.25 pitch.... must be different for non OE feet I guess.
Cheers

Re: What did you do TO your FJ Cruiser TODAY?

Got around to installing my Reszfab rear links and All Pro LCA armor. As usual some things didnít quite jive and I had to seriously trim the armor to achieve the proper fit. Wasnít really a tough job but I had to remove the BP-51 reservoir brackets so that was a PITA but after cutting the chunks out of the armor it went together easily.
