Installed OEM foglights. Bought at Toyota dealer Tokyo. Very happy.

Looks great. The Facebook crowd can be tough

thanks

No biggie on FB

People there think 2014 FJ ended, while my brother just bought brand new 2019, and we just did HINO factory tour where we saw new FJ being made

Additionally they all think I am ruining my FJ, when in reality it is a OeM part.

i have toyota OEM harness and switch
Adding this weekend

Should be simple

Took 40 min to assemble fogs
About 1 hour to take the wings off with perfectly retaining all clips

So expect another hour for harness install

(I am a noob so take it for what its worth) 🙂

Ordered blank key with remote and programmed it myself. $17 for the blank key/remote, not bad. (Programming has to deal with your key in and out of ignition and opening your drivers door several times. Thought it was a gotcha moment but it definitely worked.). If anyone is interested, I'll send a breakdown on what procedure to take if anyone is interested. It worked on a 2008 Sport model with no hiccups.

Threw some new rubber on Da Brick today.
285/75/17, fills the wheel wells nicely.

Sorry about pics on hard surface, will try to do better.

Just threw on the ARB rear bumper and hitch. Ended up having to modify it a bit to close up the unnecessarily large gaps they build into this thing. Still might chop/shorten the trucks bumper frame a bit to bring it in a little more. Good enough for now.

Careful getting it too close. People have done that before on both front and rear bumpers and then they drove off road and there was flexing and not enough room and it scratched, dented, and messed up the body.

Go ahead, skin it! Skin that smoke wagon and see what happens...

I'll ride in on a sunny day, Sing you a song, steal your heart away Like a cowboy Hang my hat like I'm here for awhile Kick off my boots and drive you wild Like a cowboy Well baby you know I can't stay long You wake up, I'll be gone Until then I'll hold on Like a cowboy.

For sure. It takes about 3/4" for mine to not hit anything.
