Re: What did you do TO your FJ Cruiser TODAY?

While parked and waiting for the frame to dry, I steam cleaned all the nooks and crannies in the door jams, amazing all the stuff that builds up there.

Beautiful

Good grandson

What is your headlight setup?
Diode Dynamics HID. Projector lens. Little white halos that are amber for turn signals or emergency flashers. Had the work done by an authorized DD dealer. Ordered all but the projectors and halos from DD online.

They also installed all the interior and exterior LEDs. Also ordered from DD online.

The amber light bar is also DD

The LED headlights were not out or I may have gone with them and still used the projectors. No complaints about any of the DD parts. Their service is great too.

Lee

Well I did lie a little, I haven't gotten the nerve to change the lamps in the Mirrors. The guys that did the other LEDs didn't want to either..

Re: What did you do TO your FJ Cruiser TODAY?

G'Day,
Repaired my passenger side mirror, the motor was loose, due to 2 of the 3 mounting screws had backed out.
Easy fix...tightened it all up....good as new.
Cheers

Thanks Lee!! The lamps in the mirror are pretty easy. I have all DD led everywhere inside and out. Just need to tackle the headlight next.

I drove it to discount tire and let them do a 5 tire R&B for me while I sipped free coffee and watched.
