Mikey,
If you don't get rid of that stuff ASAP, you will be putting it back on in a few months.... Then you will say to yourself.... Why the hell did I put those back on... and you will take them back off again.... Hummmm.... I wonder how I know that?

Cheers
You know that drawer in the kitchen that everyone has......the catch all?

I have a box like that in my garage that's where they are now.

Re: Shortest lived mod..

After receiving some Bushwacker fender flares, I held one up to take a look and put it right back in the box. Gave them to a neighbor with an FJ.

I believe the correct terminology is aesthetically challenged.

Re: Shortest lived mod..

G'Day Mikey,
Maybe its just the 3 inch cubes that is causing the vomit ....
Baja Design S2's are much more aesthetically pleasing ....and much smaller.... n brighter....
Just throwing the idea out there....

Cheers

Re: Shortest lived mod..

I was thinking bigger actually might look better but in the end its all moot.

Uninstalling all of it when having to have the windshield replaced is a strong reason. Don't need lights dangling by their wires scratching up my paint then fighting hood alignment with out the self centering bolts.

I think a lower a pillar mount with the mount offset a bit to bring the light to the right spot would be a good choice.

Oh Dave @Trailworx .......

Re: Shortest lived mod..

Felt this way about my rear ladder. Voting it most useless mod since standing on the rear bumper/spare achieves just as much reach. But I left it on because I already drilled holes and rivnuts
