I spent so much time focusing on that BBQ bumper I almost forgot about the BBQ frame....So we put that on a rotisserie....

Every square inch of metal under my FJ is Raptor. Sand, Raptor, Repeat.

Ok, I'm too tired to continue uploading pictures. If there's interest, I will continue the next chance I get. The next chapter begins with the donor body.

Agree definitely continue. You can't just dangle the carrot.

Interested you didn't galvanise the frame, that's what tends to be done here if you do a frame up rebuild.

How on earth did the original owner managed to get their winch rope like that! I've seen some pretty bad examples in 20yrs of training but nothing that bad.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. The Raptor was just the end result. Rest assured, not one square inch of this frame will ever rust without taking severe impact damage. We even coated the inside of the frame before doing the Raptor.
