Like some other folks, I told the dealer when I bought mine new, that in order to seal the deal, they had to have a unit installed. They did and the comapny did a great job, comes with full lifetime warranty, and a sign off from the dealer that it does not affect the factory warranty with respect to structure or other interior ammenities. IF I di need service I can go through the dealer or direct. The cost was about $1100, but well worth it!
