What is this piece? How to replace?

I want to order this piece from sponsor of forum.

Is it hard to replace. All mine are black - but this has turned silver.

Or is it something I just black plastidip?

I think they turn silver when you've done something that scares it, like driving in LA.... Similar to when you scare the crap out of someone and their hair turns white.
Other than that, I have no idea how hard it is to remove and reassemble. I would imagine that masking and hitting it with plastidip would be somewhat easier than removing it.

Thats good. At least they provide a discount from MSRP/List price. My Toyota dealer adds about 50-70% to the list price and claims they cant even sell it at list and make a profit....LOL.

I read the how to and was more confused

I just did it. The clips all came out nice and easy with old one

Pushed the new one with new clips in

Total time 3 minutes
