How it started:
1. New wheels (for me) off 2010 Trail Edition with simulated beadlock rings. I painted black later.

2. Black out all plastic bumper parts and mirrors.

3. Manik Brush Guard. (Rare now) with 2 520 PIAA converted to HID.
Stock roof light bar with 4 KC converted to HID lights. Insanely bright! Custom OTRATTW switches.
Connected throw Blue Sea Systems Fuse Block.

4. ToyTec Ultimate 3" Lift. Big thanx to Ivan70 for help with installation! And Camburg Uniball UCA.

5.Next set of wheels: 16" ATX Artillery wrapped in 295/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapliers! Awesome tires!

6. Body mount chop.

7. Ricochet Front skid plate only. Back then i thought it is absolutely necessary to drive on the beach:)

8. Bushwackers! Love them!

9. Scuba Mode

10. Manik Tail Lights Guards. Was looking like forever for them!

11. Baja Low Profile Roof Rack with custom lights brackets

12. Stone Guards from Mossmotors.com

13. ARB Bull Bar Front Bumper

Had to move my Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir

14. Next set of wheels and tires ProComp 7033 with 285/70/17 Cooper STT

15. PRG Snorkel. And i had to trim my Bushwackers. Much easy then expected. Second try was the charm!

16. Ricochet full set Skids

Cruiser, the rear bumper is best thing that ever happened to me:lol:
I have eyeballing your build for sometime now. That front suspensions is the killer! Thinking to do solid axle in front, where should i start and more info on that? thanx

You've done a great job of making your Cruiser distinctive and your own style... Kudos to you!

I do have one question... What, where or how did you cover your front turn-signals. I don't think I've ever seen one quite like yours. I likey!!

I'd like to do the same with mine. Was this an add on product?

Any particular reason why you ditched the ARB for the ExpOne bumper? I originally wanted the ExpOne but have since leaned back towards ARB. I was just curious if there was an specific flaw or reason you moved to ExpOne!

Thanks!

The first time i started to do research on aftermarket bumpers i knew that Exp1 is the one for me. DO was nice too , but i kind did not like how it looks underneath the body. and then DO introduced Evel Eye and i was thorn. I liked the Exp1 bumper itself but hoops not so much, but DO has awesome Evill eye hoops but i did not care for the bumper itself.
While i could not decide which to get i found ARB Bumper locally for a decent deal. so i got ARB. Each one has it's own +++ and ---.
ARB - solid bumper, finish is solid. I was pushing trees on the Raush Park trail without even worry to damage it. Then sanding and touching up with walmart 99 cents rattle can. Looks like new. It just to bulky for my taste. But how it sits and attached to FJ is awesome. Solid bumper . I saw some people's pics after hitting the deer and ARB won every time. I would say they are both same weight.
i liked Exp1 that winch is open and easy to service and take out and disconnect. And I think is the best looking one imho As i said i liked Evil Eye from Demello so i got me Exp1 and customized so it will like Evel Eye. And Im happy!
Both bumpers are fine! But i got one that i wanted long time.
Hope it help. Just got what u like most.
