Maybe I missed it, but how & where did you route the wiring for the rear lights?

You didn’t miss it. It’s magic!

Actually, I have a National Luna Dual battery setup with a Blue Sea Systems 12 slot fuse box that needs installed still. I just mounted them so they weren't laying around the house. They’re ready to be wired up once I get that other project done. I’m fabricating a battery tray this weekend hopefully so I can get that part done.

The wiring is going to go along the inside of the door sills and then come out the back and up through the roof. Front lights already have wiring in place from previous OEM Air Dam.

Re: 2014 FJ Cruiser Overland Build (slow build)

Small modifications to the tent today. I have the older Series 2 1400 Eezi Awn RTT. I am not sure if these straps were missing or if that version didn’t have them so I added two today to help cinch it down and make it easier for the cover to go on if it had sleeping bags and pillows stored inside. $4.18 later after an Ace Hardware trip, voila!

Re: 2014 FJ Overland Buildup

Beautiful build.

How heavy is that grille guard? How difficult of an install?

i went to the go rhino page, and couldn't find it there, when I put my car model in.

Additonally, super dumb question from a ground camper. For the RTT, the part that is "off the roof" on that side, how is that part supported? I mean 50% of the tent is on the car, the other that is off the car, won't it fall off with some weight in it?

Thanks! The side of the tent that hangs over is supported by the ladder. There is also some additional bracing on the underside of that section. You might have to google search the grill guard or find a used OEM. It doesn’t weigh much at all.

If you’re near Utah, I wouldn’t mind selling them

I'm actually in SoCal... but my wife and I have talked about a trip there. If it ever pans out i'll make sure to reach out to see if you still have them.
