High idle after cleaning throttle body

So I cleaned my throttle body manually open the butterfly and got the common high idle after. Before cleaning park RPMs were at 900 after cleaning park RPMs were at 1100.Drive RPMs were at 550 to 600 and post cleaning there are at minimum of 850. So I drove it for a week and a half with a zero change to the RPMs. Since I didn’t see any improvement I took it to a Toyota dealership where they told me I needed a new throttlebody I just happened to purchase a throttlebody before I took it in because I found for a good deal and just had a hunch that I might need a new one. So they installed the new throttlebody for me and the RPMs did not change. I have checked for vacuum leaks using starter fluid and found nothing I also cleaned the MAF sensor. The dealership told me that since the RPMs were between 700 and 900 that those are what Toyotas stock idle should be and that they couldn’t find an issue regarding high idle. The only reason the RPMs concern me is because the car seems to not shift right anymore so I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or anyone has insight on what the issue could be. The FJ has no codes and no check engine lights. Is a 2007 FJ cruiser six-cylinder automatic.

Mine idled high too after a throttle body cleaning and it took a few uses and starts to bring it back. Hopefully you didn’t affect the butterfly mechanism adversely?
