Question on a 2007

I'm looking at a 2007 4x4 with 126K miles. The test drive seemed fine, however afterward I popped the hood & checked the oil. The dip stick shaft has a good rubber seal inside the dip stick tube. When the seal broke as I extracted the dip stick, there was a noticeable release of pressure? The salesman said this was normal, but I've never experienced that on any other engine. Normal? Why would pressure build up in the lower end unless there was a ring problem or something else? I'd appreciate any comments from experienced owners.

I have the same thing after I drive for a little bit after the engine is cold like when I change the oil, most likely just expanded air. I have a 2008 with 100K on er and she runs perfectly so I don't suspect a problem

Re: Question on a 2007

I was thinking PCV valve. I never check my oil because it doesn't use or leak any but she's low mileage.
