Whats on your barbeque grill or plate thread.

Today I was craving a steak, went to the butcher to get myself a good Porterhouse and I left with a 2.24 lb one

I love to cook, especially grill all kinds of stuff and I'm sure a lot of you do too..

So show off your grilling, cooking, camping cooking etc and favorite drink or beer skills.

How much do you weigh? I could do that easily when I was younger but a 3/4 pounder is good for me at this point in my life. Great looking meal.

NO, that is NOT my picture in my avatar. I wish I was that handsome. ......

I currently weigh 240lbs but normally keep myself at 225. I'm 6'1 42 years old and up until breaking five ribs I worked out six days a week and ran three miles everyday. My normal calorie intake is 6000 a day. Lately its been around 3000 calories a day and I have been putting on weight due to inactive life style. I carry 240 very well!!

Thank you Vets

Nothing special about the burgers and the grill has seen better days...

...but the mug holds MY homebrewed German Pilsner. Mmm... Beer!

I must say I do love the simplicity of the Bubba Burgers and that is a natural gas grill.

Re: Whats on your grill or plate thread

I cook almost every day.

Yesterday - 'low country boil' with fresh Florida shrimp (no crawfish or blue crabs, oh well), my homemade andouille sausage, fresh corn on the cob, red potatoes, and garlic butter.

Today (3rd) for dinner tomorrow (4th) -

5 pounds of potato salad from scratch
Two seven pound pork butts smoked over cherry and blackjack oak

Previous favorites attached-

* Paella on the grill
* Turbo bacon wrapped tur-duck-hen, yeah it's all deboned inside and there is more bacon inside too
* Bacon wrapped stuffed pork loin with spinach and cheese filling
* Crown roast of pork, which I cut and tied in pic 1, filled with oven roasted vegetables for the holidays

Hungry?
