This guy seems like the kind of guy that would also buy a mustang and automatically think it's the best sports car on the planet just because of where it came from.

[email protected]'Batrol'. It's almost like P=B in that region. Kind of like Poston Bizza.

The Patrols are heavily used there by the military and police, and they look unbreakable. I wonder why they never marketed them in the west? I had an 87 Pathfinder that I absolutely loved, the thing was a tank and I was quite reckless back then and it survived.
Patrols are pretty popular in Australia & New Zealand as well. They're a solid Toyota alternative & very similar in many ways. The 4.8 straight six in the Safari models is legendary.

A grunty straight six would sure be nice off road.

Re: What does "FJ" stand for?

I remember my first ride in a Jeep like it was yesterday... She was this big beautiful jacked up CJ-5 with a bikini top... Speaking of beautiful her owner was a sweet young thing who liked to wear tight tops... It was magical... We took to the road bouncing and bopping... Only had eyes for my lovely companion and her bouncing supple breasts... I was young and... healthy... This was years before I met my chiropractor and started our twice monthly sessions... I must confess that my mind was not focused on the pummeling my spine was receiving but on other things... Truly an amazing experience... I have loved Jeeps ever since... Until I test drove one a few years ago. I have discovered since my youth a need for comfort. A need for proper alignment of my vertebrae... Age brings wisdom.
