Outer Banks Trip

I will be heading to The Outer Banks of North Carolina for Spring Break (April3-10). My goal is to camp, take photogaphs, birdwatch and to eat plenty of fresh seafood. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also where can you drive on the beach that time of year?

Re: Outer Banks Trip

North of Corolla where the pavement ends there is about 12 miles of beach to drive on, all the way up to the VA line. Second the Mama Kwan's comment too.
