Fishing Pics - Time to Brag

Hey guys. I love fly fishing. I grew up working for my family's lodge in Idaho and have spent most of my free time with a fly rod in my hands. I thought I would start up a thread on here for fishing pics.

I love to see people's big fish pics so post them here. Freshwater, saltwater, bait, spinner, fly, or whatever. I would prefer to keep this for pics of native fish, not stocked ones, but I will leave that up to you. If you feel good about putting up a pic of a stocked fish then go for it.

These are all pics from here in Idaho and were taken in the last 8 months. Enjoy.

Great photos. I love them! I'd be ashamed to show the size of the fish I caught next to yours.

Thanks man but that wasn't my intent. I hope people will post some pics. I don't care if they are bigger or smaller than mine. Just like pics.

Re: Fishing Pics - Time to Brag

does this one count. my little brother landed this 28 pound king.
He sucks and now holds the record for the 3 brothers we fish with 6 1/2 poles and 10 pound test. off of the rocks. this one took him 40 minutes to land he was really scared it was going to break the line so he was carefull.
my mom lives on salmon beach in western WA, right next to the narrows bridge and point defiance park. we grew up there and still fish there most years.
the fish may look small in the pictures but my little brother is 6'5 220 if that helps lol.

Suddenly I find myself very hungry.
Great pics!

Re: Fishing Pics - Time to Brag

I guess the only major diff I am seeing so far is that mine are still swimming.

Re: Fishing Pics - Time to Brag

Nice fish. Nice thread. This one could go on for awhile.

A buddy of mine, his dad, uncle and I have gone to Ketch 3 yrs in a row now. It just keeps getting better. More of a grocery run than a fishing trip...

The "highlight" day:

An "average" day:

A "fun" day. Coho on a snoopy rod. That took awhile.

We ended up with fifteen 50lb boxes for 5.5 days of fishing. I got 5 of them. Alaskaair baggage folks love us. The last shot is the freezer.

Cheers

O M G !!

I bet the fillets on that big boy took up almost 3 of those 50# boxes by itself.

Now you can see why I'm hesitant about posting a picture.....
