Advice on Coils

I have had the RC 3" lift on my truck for a year now. I am happy with it cause it leveled the truck out as well. But i added a custom bumper this year and it is pretty heavy. i weighs the truck down in the front and looks more factory stance.

Can i just change the factory coils out to OME 885's to level it back out?

kit is shown here. spacers in the front and coils and shocks in the back. Rough Country 760S 3" Series II Toyota FJ Cruiser 4WD Suspension

Here is the video that shows how the gap between the tire and fender has shrunk from the weight of the bumper.
