Re: Ironman Foamcell Pro Suspension

Installed mine over the last few days. Extended-travel version, with SPC UCAs. I used the 'C' springs on the front, because I'm planning to add a steel bumper, and maybe a winch, and already have a full set of BudBuilt steel skids (and sliders). Removed both sway-bars. Still need to get alignment done before I can really test it out, but I'm liking it so-far! I was a bit worried that the 'C' springs would be too stiff without the bumper, but it doesn't feel bad at all so-far.

Thanks very much to @Vegas_Nick , who's been a pleasure to deal with!

Re: Ironman Foamcell Pro Suspension

Well I thought I had my mind made up on the Billstein 6112 Coilovers with 5160 rears and ICON rear springs but this kit caught my eye. The 4th of July discount put me over the edge and I went ahead and ordered the Standard Travel kit with the "B" Performance springs. I'll be sure to post up some feedback as soon as I get them in hand and have a chance to put some miles on them.

I'll be coming from the stock Bilstein Suspension on my 2008 TT. I also get to drive and ride around in my co-workers 07 non-TT and frequently wheel with my buddy in an 07 TRD so I'll have a couple other FJ's to compare it to on road and off.

EDIT: Placed my order at 10:37PM MST and Nick emailed me within 20 minutes asking about my bumper/winch setup. Impressive!

Stock TT Bilsteins with a 1/4" leveling spacer on top. All Pro bumper and Smittybilt XRC9500 winch. Hopefully I'll be following up with some post-lift photos in the near future!
