No snow here in the summer. But the other eleven and a half months we have snow. If I get them I will let you know how they go in snow and ice.
Thanks! I will make it to Alaska eventually. I really want to be stationed at Eielson AFB Good luck on getting your tire situation figured out.

BMC? What is that?
A body mount chop (BMC) is cutting some of the frame around the body mounts found in the front wheel wells to keep larger tires from rubbing. Couldn't find a thread on doing a BMC but I found these that may help.

Re: Lift delema

Check out Ironman FoamCell or FoamCell Pro @Vegas_Nick from excopoffroad.com can help you with those (and nice yellow springs).
The lift is 2-2.5", but no issues with Bodymount or UCA with stock rims & 285/70R17 Coopers.
I added Timbren bumpstops in the front to give me a bit more progression in the spring rate.

I'm running Nitto 285/70/r17 and have no issues on my unlifted truck. I even go wheeling with it and it does great. No rubbing or anything.
Ditto
Eventually I am planning a lift, but I'm ok with stock height now.
I had a bit of a rub at full lock, but Dave at Trailworx did a fantastic BMC for me and I haven't had a rub since.
If and when I do my lift, I'm planning (as of now) to do the Ironman Foam Cell Pro route. It'll give me the lift, give me better suspension, and the price seems to be right for me.

I'm with Amaclach... Ironman FCPs are great & Nick is awesome to work with.

Agreed, I also like OME though. That's not gonna happen for a while though. Skids need to be put on first.

Thanks man!

By all means, let me know if I can help or if you have any questions about the Ironman setup.

Is the sway bar relocation kit included in your three inch lift?

Re: Lift delema

Im running 295/70r17 Nitto Trail Grapplers with only a leveling kit in the front. Width makes it rub ever so slightly offroad on the ucas. Wheel spacers on the way to fix that problem though

First Rig: 295/70r17 Nitto Trail Grapplers, N-Fab Bumper, Leveling Kit, 1.25" Wheel Spacers, eBay 9" LED's, Kicker speakers all around.
