@mikey i think they have different angled mounts depending on which model, adjusters or not. My resis with adjusters attach to the sway bar mount and act as a spacer if I decided to use the sway bar.

I have non adjustable King shocks on my 07 and the resi brackets are also mounted under the sway bar mounts

Hmmmm.......I removed the sway bar and the hardware is long gone.

I bet you could just get a couple of bolts and thick washers and they would still mount up just fine I don`t think the sway bar mounts are holding the bracket on I think that's just where the brackets needed had the room to go so they put them under the sway bar mounts.

Mine came with allen bolts to install the resi mount. I think you'll be okay unless you want to install front sway bars
