Coilover Airbag suspension...looks neat but?

I came across this tonight while looking at shocks: https://www.universalairsuspension.c...cec4796d57c5de

Looks like a pretty cool idea, wondering what you guys think about it? Seems pretty steep for 4 airbags and some solenoids. I'm sure a system could be retrofitted because we'd have to use air bags on the springs in the back. I like the idea of a little higher clearance but also the ability to lower the rig and be able to fit in parking garages when needed. This would definitely help with towing as well. Might be my next major mod. I know some have airbags in the back but not a full system. I know that brake lines and some wiring would need to be extended and of course some limiting straps to prevent over-extension would be necessary. Anything else you guys can think of?

This seems like a good solution for the rear: Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2008 Firestone Air Bags - Suspension Air Bag Helper Springs. I think that the slip on coilover springs for the front and some minor adjustments for compression/expansion would be all that's needed?
