I also wish you & your family could join us!

If you want to try out your new lift before a spring trip, there is a wheeling trip to Hidden Falls (in Marble Falls, TX) planned for the first weekend of December if you're available for that.
I am off the first weekend of December, so I would love to make time to go. Please, can you share the link to the thread about this run to Marble Falls? You can PM it to me.

I can't see that forum here at work, it's blocked. I'll have to go look when I get home.
Did you post pics or video of your Moab trip? Last I heard you were going to "Top of the world"!
I need to make it out to Hidden Falls someday too.
I hope you get the chance to see the lift. I am sitting at 3.5 inch in the front and 3 inch in the rear. But the rear does not like that lift. I am seeing about trying to reduce the height to a 2 inch or 1.5 inch lift. But I really want to take it offroad as it sits to see how well it handles.

MOAB was awesome. I am telling you. I did beat up my Armada and thought I was beating up a car I did not care about. But I was poised to go as far as it could take me safely. This is a link to my thread if you want to see some pics.

I would love to go again some time soon.

Wish I could go but sometimes the things you have to do get in the way of things you want to do. Best of luck to all and can't wait to see the pics!

LOL, I really do not want to. Maybe if I find a good alternative I might. But would hate to leave it with nothing. I do not plan to do hardcore stuffs with my Armada.

Actually, putting rock rails, skid plates, etc doesn't mean you are "doing" hardcore stuff. It just means you're well protected for whatever you do. A lot of the stuff I do, I don't plan hardcore, but I've found myself in terrain that I wasn't expecting and the equipment I do have has helped me get through it unscathed
If you want custom rock sliders I know a guy that might be able to hook you up.

You have a great point. Prevention is good since you never know what you will find offroad. Well, I am planning to maybe going to Missouri and maybe Kansas this month and on my trip, I may do about an hour or more of the Trans American Trail (TransAmTrail.com is the exclusive source for Maps Roll-Charts, and GPS Tracks for navigating the Trans-America Trail - an exciting, off-road, dual-sport motorcycle adventure across the United States). And I do not know if I might find myself at such tough spots like you mentioned, so I can see how it is a good thing to have for offroaders.

Though, you may just be trying to trick me to buy all this Armor.

Ok, PM coming your way. I want to find out about this hook up.
