Re: plasma

Sorry about that i did not realise you had purchased one already.
the next time i do a good group buy i will be sure to drop you a pm and give you the details. I am working on something right now that i am rather keen on for myself . I plan on making a side trip the next time i visit my Winch Manufacturer to take a look at some custom made to order Offroad trailer tents and some hard shell roof top tents. In fact i will post a picture in the camping section to see what people think about it.
Cheers.

Check out this thread on Pirate. Plasma Cutters, Plasma/TIG/Stick Combos (NOW AFFORDABLE!) - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board If you are looking for a light duty plasma these work great. I bought one and have loved it.

Re: plasma

I want to bump this to see if we have any input about the quality of these multi-purpose units. I'm in the market.

Re: plasma

Thermal Dynamics......I probably said this before....but they're the ones that invented the technology and have the most bang for the buck if you price out the larger machines (1/2" or greater cut capacity).

I have a Miller 625 and while it's been a good machine, I should have gone TD....much higher capacity and cut quality for just slightly more money.
