I have the spanner, but found a metal punch works better. it's thicker and easier on the hand than the flat spanner handle. I forget the size but just measure the hole then head over to the local hardware store.

Grainger has them, and they should have (did in SoTulsa, so I'd assume Big D) an "adjustable", which is merely a pivot point on the center of the span. I found it easier to use inside the coil tower, working around resi hoses on the Radflo's, which aren't drilled for a pin.
