just bought the OEM trailer hitch kit, dont need the silver valence and dont want to spray paint it to match my TT trim. selling this brand new for $70 shipped.

You don't have to paint it to match you TT, just spray it with VHT paint stripper, let it blister up and then rub it with a stiff bristle nylon brush. Done, it will be a direct match to your TT. I've done it on 2 notched and 2 regular trim pieces when I had original bumpers, works and matches up like a champ.

ive read about this working also with varying degrees of success. i guess it matters what type of stripper i use. most of the bad stories i read they were using something too strong for the plastic.

no longer for sale sorry. the paint stripping worked great its a perfect match. no idea why anyone paints these things.
