I've had 37's on for a little over a week on the street. It was fun but I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't imagine trying to fit them offroad. Once I get extra wide front and rear that'll be a different story. Otherwise it'll take alot of work to truly fit them AND have suspension travel. You'll also be asking more from the stock parts.

Front is Fab Four. It was on my FJ when I bought it -not my first choice but its definitely grown on me. Rear is homemade.

Talk about digging up my old post!
Iím happy to report I havenít broken any more diffs since I installed the Nitro 4.88ís.
Sadly, my plans to SAS have been on hold for a while because of new projects.
But I have made a few additions since the start of this post.

And some pix of the new projects...

Re: 37" Tires on FJ Cruiser

My attempt at fitting 37's in progress... Finally was able to get out and "lightly" stretch the legs this weekend... Needless to say, they don't stuff much, yet... Need to remove the front sway as it didn't want to flex at all...

Going to see what I can clear out this upcoming weekend and maybe get a bit more flex outta her...

People used to say that about 33s and 35s. Looking forward to the day it's 37s and 40s.
