Maxxis Bighorns - 275/70R17

Anyone try these out yet? Seems like a new size from Maxxis and I'm not sure if they're even available yet.

I don't have that size, but have Maxxis Bighorn 305/70/17...They have a nice hum on the road, but handle very well, I like them.

I have the 285/70/17's Bighorns...IMO if you are moving up in tire size from the the 265, I would go with the 285 or consider the 305/70/17

Would you be able to go the 275 route w/ an entirely stock FJC?

That's really my question, too. Will the 275s fit? I currently have them in 265 and I've been happy with them. Just curious about stepping up one size.

I have the 285/75/16's and they are sweet tires....put about 20k miles now, wearing evenly and still not as noisy as other tires....

I have actually read elsewhere on this forum that 285s will fit w/o rubbing. Some folks report some minor rubbing at full lock, but others report no rubbing what-so-ever.
