I did not like this set up very much. In my opinion the tent is too high to set up and take down easily especially zipping the travel cover back on and the rain fly poles on the awning or drivers side weren't able to be inserted because of the awning base being in the way. I ended up buying a Manley Offroad Trailer and mounting the tent and awning on that and I'm much happier with it being closer to the ground and in arms reach and not as exhausting to set up and take down. Also with the weight of the tent it was a real chore to mount the tent to the rack. If I had to mount that sized tent on a baja exp rack I'd have it open to the rear end of the vehicle. I have a Mt. Mckinley from CVT on my trailer now. Thanks for commenting. Sorry I didn't see your comment sooner.
