      The only parts I could find that had a grommet was in this hardware kit, which contains the 4 box clips and one grommet. This may be the grommet you're looking for as well since it appears that it's the one that the lower bolt goes through. But didn't your new CAI come with all new grommets?

      Thanks for the help, but no new grommets came. They tell you to use the old ones but one of mine was wrecked. It attached to the top of the fender inside the engine compartment. It’s looks to be a bit 1.5” tall.
