  4. when did you know you had to have an FJ?

    General Discussion
Like others, I first encountered the FJ as an image in a magazine when it was a concept vehicle. It was love at first sight. By November 2007, I was behind the wheel of my very own FJ. Now with almost 200,000 miles, 43 States and 35 National Parks later; it still remains my favorite ride.:bandit:

  11. No Fender Bulging/Cracking Yet - Safe to Go Offroad?

    General Discussion
A 2007 with only 40,000 on road miles makes it unique. You might want to test the waters for selling it and buying something for off road that you don't have to worry over. With that said, I have a 2007 with over 190,000 and have gone off road on a regular basis. I have never done anything...
  12. What upgrades should I do to my 2007 FJ Cruiser?

    Newbie Discussions
The FJ Cruiser is a great vehicle "as is",you really don't need to do a thing to it but turn the key and enjoy. With that said, it seems that the FJ is one of those vehicles that allows for endless modification possibilities. Evaluate what you want the FJ to do for you and this will provide you...
  13. Off Road Capabilities vs Rooftop Tent

    Camping Equipment
My RTT (Autohome Maggiolina) is a hard shell and that is important to me. I have driven and camped all over the country without any problems. I paid more for the hard shell because I live in the East. Trees and branches are the problem in these parts. My FJ has lots of pin stripes from day one...

I bought my FJ in November 2007. Added over 8,000 miles on a six week trip this summer.
