I'm in the very early stages of diagnosing an oil leak on my 2007. I will be able to get it on a lift in a couple of days.
The oil is collecting on the brush guard. and making its way to the ground from there.
Once I get it on a lift and get the guard off, what are the obvious places I should be looking at?

Are you referring to the brush guard that is mounted in front of the front bumper or the guards mounted below the engine?

A common oil leak is on the right top side of the timing cover, just above the power steering pump.

If you have accumulated oil on the lower part of your oil dipstick tube, this could be from the timing cover.
