We walked away from Jim Norton for that very reason and purchased at MSRP through Hudiburg in Midwest City/OKC. Walked on the lot, struck a deal, and drove home that same day.Saddlenow said:The dealers out of "Gulf Coast" distributorship (Jim Norton in Tulsa) will order one, but you "must have" leather seats, and pay about "36,000" since they are scarce. Woah, stop the trolley.
The leather is a dealer-added option in some regions, designed to give them yet another item to inflate beyond reason.Velheru said:Just got my Voodoo Blue 4x4 auto last friday. Conveniance package, Option package 2, running boards, skid plate, and 16" TRD rims with BF Goodrich AT tires. Paid 32,900 (sticker price) and am getting between 2000 and 2500 back from toyota. Anyone know where ppl are getting the leather seat option? I cant find it anywhere on the website or from my dealer. Is this the black on black special edition model that no one seems to be talking about?
I assume this is a rebate? Can you point me in the direction to get some info on it?Velheru said:Paid 32,900 (sticker price) and am getting between 2000 and 2500 back from toyota.

Ouch! That's anywhere from $50,000.00-$60,000.00! :jawdrop:OhCumGaChe said:Hi everybody!
But let me say that you are so lucky...here in Italy we have incredible prices, for these cars: here they start from 40'000€ (not $...).
So, to have a "medium" FJ you have to spend around 45-48'000 euros.
I belive much of THOSE prices are due to the gray market importer charging to bring it into the country. They are not offered through Toyota in Italy.Chase-Dog said:Ouch! That's anywhere from $50,000.00-$60,000.00! :jawdrop:
I'm guessing much of the cost is taxes. No? That's socialism for ya.![]()
OhCumGaChe said:I know that the taxes, for an imported vehicle from the U.S.A., are the 30% of the value of the same vehicle...and this is too much, really!
The other problem, as RoverGGM said, is that Toyota doesn't sell FJ Cruiser in Italy (probably also in Europe, 'cause in Germany and France I've found only some unofficial importers).
Life just seems to be a series of scams...retail on the armrest is 71.50 fromXSSPORT said:4x4 automatic, locking rear, 18" wheels (mistake), roof rack, door trim plates, matts, Reese tow packg, front skid plate (it's aint just cosmetic let me tell ya!), passenger arm rest (what a farkin rip!), basic cd sound, silver color...
29740 tax, title, slap on the ass, out the door at Springhill Toyota Mobile, AL.
Basically I paid MSRP for the truck and dealer cost for the "extras". I know because I know the sales manager and I got to see what Southeast Toyota charges them for any add ons. $90 bucks dealer cost for a G&D DA#$ ARM REST!!
BTW >> I also had to haggle with him for another twenty minutes about the ATRAC button. Their parts guy couldn't find it "in the system" so I politely ask to use the PC... went to TRDperformance.com, found the part number and made them order it before I would sign the deal. I got a little bit of "snide satisfaction" when the only way they could order it right then was to use the Store Manager's PERSONAL CREDIT CARD!!
After looking for better off road tires... i sure wish I had the 16" wheels
PS >> "TOYO GUARD" IS A FUGGIN LIE AND A JOKE!! DO NOT PAY FOR IT!
