Painting in progress. Honestly decided not to grind down some of the outside welds. Mainly the wings. Didn’t really care either way and it was a lot of grinding haha.

FedEx is an hour late with the skid plates…

Lots of extra work to make the winch fit. For anyone else thinking about this bumper…Plan to Just relocate the control box under the hood so buy longer wires, cut out a portion of the top plate for the clutch handle. Clocking forward is a no go even after grinding the handle way down.

I didn’t have time to re wire longer cables so I basically cut out a light tab from the bumper and bolted the controller inside of the bumper wing. It works pretty well all said and done.

Also never ground down the welds the front pieces. Maybe one day. Not a huge priority.

Some basic sliders. 1 3/4 OD .120 DOM. Just welding them to the frame.

Basically wanted them out far enough for step access to put stuff on the roof. Angled up slightly.

Had been hearing noise from somewhere up front. Jacked the front up and wow the driver side tire had a ton of play from the wheel bearing test. So loud and a lot of movement by hand. Had bought some pre assembled with koyo bearings a few months back because I knew they would go soon.

Have some Dobinson uca’s on the way. Also added some tie rod sleeves. So when I blow the rack I have a good excuse for a tundra rack swap haha.

Finally bought some upper control arms. Went with Dobinsons. Wanted quiet, low maintenance oe style ball joint and bushings. I’ll post some Alignment numbers next week.

Body mount chop today.

***. This was not enough. Did the angle wrong. Had to chop a bit more and still not done.

Did a thing. 315/75R16’s. Method 701 Yokohama geolandar Mt g003.

Drilled 4 new holes in the tire carrier. And just barely fits! By the skin of the new tire danglies.

Metalcloak rear lower control arms. 1.625 OD and 1/4 wall. Beefy. Their joints are awesome too. Improve flex a lot. The stock joints on the lowers bind terribly.

If used with RCI lower rear link bracket skids you will have to grind/ cut off some of the bracket to make the joint fit.

Threw on a power steering cooler from @Iconic_ . Awesome bracket makes it very simple to place.
