Awesome, I was just talking the wife into going with me. Her only thing is it has to be hotel room, no camping. I can deal with that.
Now I can't wait to get back home on the computer.
It will be my first summit and I have secured reservations at the Box Canyon Lodge. They offer Mil and LE discounts! Looking forward to meeting everyone there.
Also, looking forward to meeting some amateur radio operators out there too!
I plan on making the trip from Georgia...would be great to load a few Fjs on a trailer to save money on fuel ...unless someone has figured out a way to squeeze about 20 more mpgs out of my FJ. Also wondering how much this trip will cost. Can a summit veteran post up a general breakdown? ie how much registration costs how much the trail rides cost camping etc? Thanks!
TOTALLY THERE! i have to wait until mid-january to submot my vaca... but its done! See yall soon! let me know if there is anything i can do to help set up the event or just volunteer! Thanks :rocker:
Are you talking about the Colorado Fullsize Jeep Association (big ol' Jeep Cherokees) ? We shared their same dates more than once, including last year. We were camped at the KOA with a bunch of them.

I just realized it's my birthday, and I can get the Friday off, maybe even Thursday, if I'm lucky. With new job and relocating I did not think I would go, but now I am having second thoughts :)
I'd take your registration, plus hotel room, if decent
Did anyone snap a picture of the mud slide across 550 from the monsoon? We reluctantly drove across it as it was coming down but didn't think about getting a picture... I remember seeing one on a cell phone but can't recall who it was.
Anyone?
Thought I would share a couple of the winch wall videos with the forum.
Please post up more pics and vids if you were on the run.
Big thanks to Sean at Pandora for the excellent spotting again this year!
me (bc_indiana) with 3" lift
and Dan (rdplemons) in his stock no lift FJ...made it look...
So what does the $160 registation fee pay for? It seems like a lot, but if it is pays for a lot and is worth the price, then i'd be happy to pay for it.
