4.56 & 4.88 now available for FJC!

So, we have developed gears for the FJC! Here is the skinny on whats needed to do it:
If the info below doesn't make sense to you, simply call or EMAIL for a quote. We will need to know: Vehicle model, elocker or no elocker, 4cyl or v6, MT or AT.



Front parts needed:



Minimum installation kits – IK T8S including pinion seals, crush sleeves, nuts, shims, loctite, marking compound, front side/stub axle seals, $99

or

Master installation kits- MK T8S including pinion bearings, carrier bearingspinion seals, crush sleeves, nuts, shims, loctite, marking compound, front side/stub axle seals, rear pinion flange/adapter $375

&

T8S-456RT-NG 4.56 “Thick” front gears $299 (fits Factory 3.73 carrier or ARB RD121)
or

T8S-488R-NG 4.88 Front gears $249 (fits factory 3.90 & up carrier or ARB RD111)



Front std Carriers $349 (3.73 & 3.90+ available)





Rear Parts

Gears:

gears $220 (all rear FJC, 4runner, also Tacoma with locker)

The above Also requires new pinion Flange $52



T100-456 or T100-488 rear gears $240 (Tacoma without locker only!)



Install Kits:

Mini install kit:

IK TV6 $32 (all rear FJC, 4runner, also Tacoma with locker)

IK T100 $45 (Tacoma without locker only!)



Master:

MK TV6 $175 (without factory elocker, FJC & 4runner)

MK TACOMA-LOC (with factory elocker, FJC, 4unner, taco)



Solid Pinion Preload spacer & shims

SK CSTV6 $35 (all rear FJC, 4runner, also Tacoma with locker)

SK CST100 $40 (Tacoma without locker only!)






If you have 3.73's in your vehicle now it is not necessary to change front carrier as the 4.56 gears are a special "THICK" gear to fit on 3.73 carrier:

add ARB Air Locker (call for pricing this way)

for the 4.56 thick gears you would use rd121 becaust the thick gears fit the 3.73 carrier
