yeah I'm with jimmy-buffett buy a Civic at 75 miles a day you're going to save at least 150.00 a month in gas and miles on a Civic won't hurt it via those things will go forever ..i bought one over a year ago and its saved me so much so i use the FJ as a toy....FJs don't make great commuter vehicles via gas milage etc

At 75/day (IMO) an FJ isn't a good choice.

My wife's FJ is her daily driver but her round trip each day is only 15 miles.
