Just about every car and truck has this now. Heck, even a stripped down Chevy Silverado Work Truck with no power windows and one piece plastic doors has this now, so certainly the FJ should have it. Being able to adjust lumbar makes a huge difference in back fatigue. It doesn't have to even be power operated, as long as it has it. It's an easy and cheap to build feature.

X2 my Ford Explorer had these and much nicer seating. The seats on the FJ don't do it justice IMHO.

It's pretty easy to add an inflatable lumbar support under the seat back, I did it in mine and it does make a big difference, should be there from the factory but easily added.

Yes manual lumbar is a must for me, and it can't cost that much. I hope the 2012's will have it when I am ready to buy it will influence my decision.
